Zara Hakima Yahi
Zara Hakima a creative, innovative, and dynamic professional leader with a passion for driving growth and development. With a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation, I thrive in collaborative team environments. Fluent in both French and English, I effectively bridge language barriers and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
My academic background centers around medical science, with a Post Ph.D. in Pharmacology and a Ph.D. level in Molecular Biology focused on Oncology. Additionally, I hold a master’s degree in multiple therapeutic areas. This educational foundation provides me with a deep understanding of scientific principles, which I combine with strategic thinking acquired through my MBA certification, showcasing my expertise in business.

Eva Diaz Claver with more than 25 years of experience in team management, entrepreneurship and marketing and communication strategies at the service of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) sectors to achieve a positive impact on our society. Eva enjoys creating new links with people to generate community and new business, projects or innovation opportunities. Eva’s claim is to make the impossible possible.
Fluent in Spanish, English, French and Catalan. My academic background centers around communications and marketing with a Master degree in Information Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from EADA – School of Management and Administration. Specialized in PR, corporate and institutional communication in the STEM sectors which I combine with a visionary, innovative, creative and strategic thinking.

Over the past 20 years, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in academic research, in the pharmaceutical industry and business sector through various roles in commercial and medical affairs within international pharmaceutical groups (AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Ipsen, Eli Lilly, Roche). I excel in employing a solution-based approach and maintaining a patient-focused mindset. My strength lies in effectively communicating complex scientific concepts. In addition, I have a proven track record in management, goal setting, coaching, and leading diverse teams.
Building strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas and experience in governmental institutions, has been a key strength throughout my career. I am recognized for my ability to interact and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams. My multitasking abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication and presentation style enable me to thrive in fast-paced environments. I approach projects with leadership, respect, and professionalism while efficiently organizing and prioritizing tasks.
